It wasn't clear which was more prevalent, the tobacco smell permeating the air or the dust flying up from the corn field we were playing in, but each were different elements that the Vikings had not experienced yet this year. It was still a beautiful fall day for watching football -- what we could see of it through the dust clouds.
What was clear, however, was that the Joelton Vikings were going to finish this season strong, proud and UNDEFEATED. With a final score of 33-0, the Indians were our last regular season win.
All the 12 year olds were "honorary" captains during this game, which was a nice ending to their regular season Viking careers.
Next stop on the Revenge Tour is a stop in Ashland City to take on the Portland Panthers.
